Back to School 2023

 Every year these sweet little ones get older it gets harder and harder to send them to school! It goes by so fast! I really feel like the summer flew by this year. 

Patrick- 7th; Peyton 5th; Conor- 2nd and little Caitie- Kindergarten

Seriously how is he in 7th grade? That seems SO big. He is almost as tall as me and I am not ready for it!

And 5th grade? It's such a big jump from 4th to 5th grade with moving classes and having different teachers every period. Really praying for this sweet little boy!

2nd Grade is such a sweet year. I know it will be special for Conor with his 1st Communion

And this precious little girl is in Kindergarten. She is SO ready. I thought i'd be pretty upset about her going to Kindergarten, but she's so excited that i've just been excited for her. I really loved having her at home with me and I know I will really miss those days, but for now i'll share in her excitement with her!

Caitie started a few days after the boys. But she was really excited to walk in with Conor and see his classroom.

I love that I still get pictures from the teachers in Kindergarten. Such a precious class!

Clearly no one told Caitie it should be a happy tiger picture. You can tell she has three brothers!

Cincinnati Reds Game 2023

 The boys had asked to go to a Red's game all summer, but with so much baseball and football we didn't have a chance to make it. The weekend before school started we made a last minute trip. We went to a game on Friday afternoon and a game on Saturday. 

Always love their Friday night fireworks shows. They are so good!

On Saturday morning Michael headed to get the kids donuts. He discovered that my water pump had busted in my car. Poor guy had to walk to Walmart and bought a case of water to fill it up enough to make it a miles down the road to the firestone. Luckily they were able to fix it in 24 hours! 

While Michael dealt with the car, I watched the kids swim in the pool. 

We headed to the game and it was a hot day!

I'm not sure how she fell asleep in the direct sun in the heat, but somehow she managed to take a great nap!

We headed to a sweet little local Catholic Church for mass on Sunday morning while we waited for my car to finish being repaired. Luckily it was ready in time and we could head back to Nashville to get ready for school the next day. We had a blast on our last minute vacation!
