Easter was the day after we got home from the hospital, so it was a little nuts! I was glad I thought to prepare Patrick's basket in advance. I felt bad that Peyton didn't get a basket but he did get a bunny from Nana and an Easter book from Gigi.
Patrick got lots of Cars themed things. He also loved the easter eggs with bunny fruit snacks in them
A few pictures of Peyton on his first Easter. He was 4 days old for his first Easter and a little sleepy :)
Michael's parents were out of town for Easter this year and my parents were going out to Easter brunch. We thought going out might be a little too much for us on our first weekend home so we headed over to Nana and Grumps house to eat brunch with Matthew and Mark. Chef Michael prepared a really good breakfast!
Patrick was having lots of fun playing chase and hide and go seek
A few family Easter pictures
Patrick wanted to "carry baby" again
Me and my little buddy
I was feeling pretty good, so I decided to venture out of the house and take Patrick to the Belle Meade Easter egg hunt. We had been so busy, that Patrick had not been to an Easter egg hunt this year. Unfortunately it was a terrible rainy day, so the Easter egg hunt was inside at the tennis courts this year.

A little unsure of the Easter bunny
Time for the egg hunt. Patrick loved it! He ran around and tried to scoop up as many eggs as he could. We ran out of space in his Easter basket he got so many!
Opening the eggs with Big
Patrick skipped his nap that day, so after the egg hunt he came home and jumped on the couch. This is how I found him a couple minutes later :)
Peyton joined in the napping too
After naps, Michael cooked ham and cheese sliders and we had Matthew, Mark, Megan, Ryan and Harper over for a last minute dinner.
We had so much to be thankful for this Easter!
