Michael's parents gave us tickets to the UT. vs. Auburn game in Knoxville for Michael's 30th birthday. His parents also offered to watch both the boys so that we could have a weekend off! I took them up on watching Patrick, but we decided to bring Peyton along. Little guy has been pretty sick and has been getting up a few times a night, so I felt a little bad leaving him with someone else! It was nice for Peyton to get alone time with us and Patrick was in heaven staying with Nana and Grumps.
We headed to Knoxville Friday afternoon and made it in time to eat dinner with Denton and my parents, who also came for the game. On Saturday, we dropped off Peyton with Michael's aunt and uncle and we headed to tailgate and to the game.
The tickets were incredible! We were on the 40th yard line about 20 rows up. It was a little cold and not a great game so we ended up leaving a little early. It was really fun to be kid free for a few hours! Michael and I don't get many days together without the kids!
After the game we picked up Peyton and headed to my sister's condo for some post game tailgating. Matthew and Mark joined us for a while!
Peyton also got to visit Matthew and Mark's apartment.
We kept Peyton up until 11pm that night and he was still all smiles before going to bed! Michael's grandparents were sweet enough to let us stay with them. Peyton loved showing off for them!
Can we talk about those precious baby rolls? I can't get enough!
