Soccer Saturdays

All three boys are playing soccer this year and it is fun to get to watch them! Both of their cousins also play in the same league (and the two little ones are on the same team).

Conor played in the 4 year old league. I loved the way they redesigned the 4 year old league this year. There were no practices during the week, but instead had a 45 minute practice on Saturday followed by a 45 minute scrimmage. It was the perfect amount of soccer for Conor. He loved it! I was so surprised at how aggressive he was at soccer. He was so funny to watch!

Peyton played on the same Saint Henry team he has played on the past couple years. He was a leader on the team and I was really proud of him!

The morning after returning from Puerto Rico we had the boys final soccer games. Michael was asked to coach Patrick's soccer team. It was a nail biter that ended in a tie. Patrick played goalie for a portion of every game this year. It was surprising to see that he really excelled at the position. I preferred watching him in the field, but I think he loved playing goalie the most. 

Sweet little Conor was so excited to get a trophy at the last game!

All three of my sweet boys had a great soccer season!
