We went to the Phoenix zoo early on Tuesday morning.
The prairie dogs were so active in the morning and we probably watched them for 45 minutes. We came back later in the day to try and see them again, but they were not active at all. It was everyone's favorite part of the zoo.
We rode the camels at the zoo.
We were all starving after the zoo and headed to Fate Brewing Co. It was gorgeous outside and we sat on the patio and enjoyed a great lunch. The kids thought it was hilarious to point out every "cool car" that drove by.
After a late lunch we got ready for our night Reds baseball game. We had tickets on the berm. It was a little chilly, but we had a gorgeous view. The sun set shortly after the game started and it was so pretty.
We stayed until the very end. It was a late game and our toes and hands were frozen, but we still loved every minute of it.
It was such a cool experience for the boys to attend spring training. We only attended a day game and a night game at Goodyear ballpark for the Reds, but if we ever make it back we would love to explore the other stadiums in the area.
