After Michael's promotion day and high school reunion, we headed to Florida for two weeks at the beach! We arrived late Sunday night in Perdido Key. We were staying at the most gorgeous place courtesy of Michael's boss graciously lending it to us for the week.

I tried to take a picture of our group when we arrived on the beach for the first time. Clearly they were ready for the beach and not mom's pictures.
We went to Sunset Grill for dinner. It was HOT outside but my dinner was delicious. Somehow this sweet girl fell asleep at dinner in the sweltering heat!
The next day was a little rainy outside in the morning, so we headed to the pool for a little bit.
We headed out to the beach in the afternoon. The waves were pretty big and Caitie had a blast running and jumping in them!
This little girl loves the camera and knows how to strike a pose!
The boys dug a pretty deep hole in the sand. Because of the sea turtles we immediately filled it in after they finished. They had just as much fun kicking sand back into the hole as they did building it.
It's always fun to do a little beach running competition!
We went to dinner at the Crab Trap. They handed out wiki sticks to the kids and they had a blast building all kind of things. Patrick built these glasses for Peyton and an incredible motorcycle.
