On Wednesday we headed to Kentucky to finally check off another National Park. We have been trying to visit Mammoth Cave for forever!
We stopped in Bowling Green on the way to renew the kids passports. All of the Nashville areas were sold out for months! We also ate lunch in Bowling Green, so it worked out really well.
We took the Domes and Dripstones tour. It was a really packed tour with tons and tons of people on the tour. It definitely didn't feel as personalized as the Wind Cave National Park tour.
Michael wasn't able to join us on the tour and went to work in a local hotel while we went on the tour. Michael's cousin and her kids happened to be on our tour. Patrick also had a friend from soccer on our tour too. It was great that the kids had buddies during the tour.
Hard to capture the frozen niagara section, but it was really pretty.
