We had a really early morning flight from Nashville to Las Vegas and then from Las Vegas to Bozeman. We arrived a little after lunch and headed to MAP Brewery. It is a beautiful brewery on a lake, with delicious food.
After the brewery we headed 45 minutes to Under Canvas. We were so excited for this stay. However, Montana was having a heat wave and when we arrived at 3pm at check-in it was about 100 degrees in the tent. So we headed straight to a grocery store for cold drinks!
We had he Paradise Valley tent, which was two tents together. The two younger ones and Michael and I stayed in one tent and the two big boys stayed in the other tent.
It was so hot outside that we went to the river. It was extremely cold, but the kids still got in.
Then we gathered outside and played games, ordered food, and listened to live music. It was pretty awesome.
We had a gorgeous sunset on the first night.
We had our own fire pit at our tent and Caitie and Michael hung outside for a few. The rest of us crashed hard, since we had been up since 3am that morning!
