The next morning we went to Marino Las Buelas National Park for an estuary boat tour through the mangroves.
We went at 7am, so it was cool in the morning but by the end of tour we were roasting!
We saw lots of animals and a few crocodiles. My favorite were the monkeys. They were so fun to watch.
After the tour we ate at a great little brunch spot in Tamarindo. Tamarindo was PACKED. We all decided we did not want to come back to the downtown area. We thought the kids would want to go back to the beach club for the afternoon, but all they wanted to do was swim at the airbnb. We watched the Vols basketball game, cranked up the music and had a great afternoon.
We got dressed for dinner and caught the sunset over the ocean. It was beautiful.
This sweet little girl fell asleep before we ordered. She was exhausted from so much dancing and playing in the pool.
Lots of march madness betting going on at that end of the table.
We had an after dinner drink at the Rum Experience at the JW.
It was a pretty setting and we even saw an anteater run right past us and up the tree!
