Our first day in Guanacaste was spent at the Hacienda Pool and Beach club on Playa Avellanas. It is gorgeous and we had the best time.
The boys were more interested in the pool. But Caitie had some fun on the beach.
We were a little alarmed by the crocodile safety signs around every corner. This was our first time in the Pacific Ocean and it was lovely.
The pool looked out over the ocean. It was really pretty.
Spent a lot of time relaxing and checking March Madness scores.

After a fun day at the pool we took the golf cart over to the JW Marriott to eat dinner. The airbnb allowed us to have access to their restaurants. It was a beautiful resort!
