Conor's First Football Season and Peyton's 7th Grade Season

Conor and Peyton played for Nashville Catholic football this year. Conor played on the 5th and 6th grade team (as a 4th grader) and Peyton played on the 7th and 8th grade team.

Conor's team

Great first season for Conor! He started on the Varsity roster for the 5th and 6th grade which is really impressive as a 4th grader! So proud of this guy.

Peyton faced some really big kids this year. He started a few times on the varsity roster and really did great!

Way to go boys! It's a tough season with practice every single days and these boys really put in the work!

Patrick's Freshman Homecoming

Patrick had his first homecoming at Father Ryan last weekend. Michael and I were in Vegas when we found out that he asked someone last minute. I was under the impression all of the boys were going in a group. So it was a nice surprise. We were excited for him!

He made her a poster all by himself, with his sister standing over his shoulder adding that he should add more glitter! He did allow Caitie to add one thing to the poster and she added the flowers at the top and the bottom. She was so excited about him asking a girl out. His date is a really big Taylor Swift fan and her favorite album is Speak Now. So that was the theme of the poster.

Can you tell how excited she is?

Some of his friends video'd the homecoming ask. It was really sweet.

They all looked fantastic! Can't get over how grown up he looks!

Looks like they had an amazing time! We were very happy for him!

Cincinatti Baseball Trip

We didn't make it to a Reds game this year, so for Labor Day we decided to go back to Cincinatti to watch the preds play STL. We went to the night game on Saturday night.

The next day we attended the Sunday mid-day game. We were in the club level again, which is always really fun since the kids can have unlimited food and drinks.

It was a fun weekend trip to wrap up summer.
