Rolling Over

My sweet little Conor rolled over for the first time on Saturday. It took him about 15 minutes of trying, but he finally did it! Both Michael and I were there cheering him on and he was so excited about it! He hasn't been able to do it again, but he sure is trying! He has a little bit of trouble getting over his arms, but I know he will get the hang of it soon.

He also sat in the bumbo seat for the first time this weekend. He is still a little unsteady, but he is getting the hang of it. I think he likes to be able to sit up on his own and watch his brothers running around.

Can't believe how fast this little guy is growing!

Father's Day

We had a wonderful Father's Day weekend. Michael and I were able to spend time with both of our dads. And Patrick, Peyton, Conor and I were able to celebrate their superdad with lots of fun activities on Sunday.

The boys got up early so we headed to 7:30am mass. Michael cooked a wonderful breakfast for the family, which we all thoroughly enjoyed (pretty sure I hit the jackpot...how many men would volunteer to cook breakfast for everyone else on Father's day?!?) The boys went to bed really late on Saturday night so we managed to get all three boys down for a nap at the same time (which has never happened!), so Michael and I were both able to nap/relax.  Then we headed to Elmington Park for some fun and some snow cones.

Would you ever guess that it was 100 degrees outside from these pictures? What a great dad to be running around and playing with these boys in the crazy heat!

Do you spy a little head popping out from on top of the tunnel? Michael got on top of the tunnel and the boys thought it was hysterical!

Sweet little Conor thinks his daddy is the greatest too!

Love him so!

Later that night Michael took the boys outside to play with their new bubble guns. They were in heaven!

They also had donuts with dad at school for Patrick. I think Michael was really excited to sit next to LeeRoy Parnell :)

I am so thankful that our dads live so close and we could celebrate them this weekend (unfortunately, I failed to get any pictures of them!). I am also thankful for my husband, who is the best dad to our little boys.  My little boys have such wonderful role models and three selfless, kind hearted, loving dads/granddads to look up to!  It's no wonder that whenever I ask Patrick what he wants to be when he grows up, he always says he wants to be a dad! How could he not want to be like these amazing men?

Cheekwood Trains

Patrick and I ventured to Cheekwood last week to see the new train exhibit. He had a blast!  The trains had doubled in size since the last time we were there. He ran around excitedly and pointed out each train. It was a really hot day so I thought he wouldn't be that into it, but we stayed for an hour and a half looking at the trains. He finally told me that he was "too sweaty" and we had to go home. Had it not been a really hot, he might have stayed all day!

The following week Peyton and I took a trip to see the Cheekwood trains. Unfortunately my phone wasn't working very well so I didn't capture the priceless moments with Peyton. When we got there he ran all the way around the trains while simultaneously jumping up and down excitedly. A couple minutes after we got there the Thomas the Train song came on and he started moving to the music. Just precious!

Here he is dancing to the music

My phone ran out of memory, so I couldn't capture the whole video. But he was just jumping up and down and dancing the whole time. Just precious!

I'm sure we will have many more train days this summer!

Sesame Street Live

This weekend we took all three boys to Sesame Street Live. We went to the morning show this year hoping everyone would be happy! The boys had a blast. Peyton loved it from start to finish. Patrick got a little bored midway through, but still had fun. Makes me sad he is getting a little too old for it!

Donut holes and Sesame Street Live!?!?

They were both so excited when the characters came out

Love Peyton's face. He yelled at each of the characters and was just SO excited!

Peyton clapped along the whole time

Michael and I got popcorn which Peyton promptly claimed as his own. I think it is as big as his whole body

Conor did great for the show as well and mostly slept the whole time. Such a fun Saturday with these cuties!

Movie in the Park

We went to Movie in the Park last week to see one of the boys favorite movies, Big Hero 6.  We got there early and played at the park for a little bit. The boys enjoyed running through the two small tunnels and playing with their friends Michael and Peter Sechrist.

We ate a lot of food from the food trucks and hung out until it got dark enough for the movie to start.

Peyton had the time of his life looking around and eating all kinds of yummy food, but Patrick got a little bored…hence the iPhone movies.

Conor is pretty happy anywhere, as long as someone is paying attention to him

Love this one of these two

Peyton didn't want to leave, but Patrick said he was too hot and sweaty about 30 minutes after the movie began (around 9pm). So we decided we had enough fun and headed home.

It was a fun time, but definitely a lot of work. We might have to try again next year when the boys are a little older.

Conor- 4 Months

How is this precious little boy already 4 months old?

He is such a sweet baby! He is very laid back unless he is in the car, tired or hungry. He is great when I am around, but when someone else is babysitting he has been kind of fussy.  He has also been refusing bottles. He is so laid back that I normally take him with me wherever I go. I have only been away from this little guy a few times, so it is probably my fault that he isn't used to a bottle (oops!).

He had his first 8 hour stretch this month, yay! Although it was followed by a couple of nights where he was up all night. We are still working on it and hopefully will get more consistency soon. He is still my best sleeper of the three boys.

He loves laying on his play mat and reaching for his toys. He is content to do that for a really long time!

He hasn't started rolling over yet and really doesn't show that much interest in doing it! I am in no hurry for him to roll over either...take your time buddy!

He loves to giggle, especially at daddy. Here is a picture of him mid-giggle.  there is nothing cuter in my opinion!

He's my first baby to lose his hair! He is almost completely bald in the back and his hair is all over his bed after a nap.

Seriously.... those thighs!  I just can't handle the cuteness!

He loves babbling back to me

Loves to watch his big brothers, but gets a little nervous when they come too close to him. Patrick loves to hug all over him, which Conor isn't too sure about

We had his 4 month well visit and he weighs 16 pounds, 14 ounces (75%), is 26 3/4 inches (90%) and his head circumference is 16 1/2 (25%). Love this big boy!

He also loves sitting in his bouncy seat and watching me clean or cook.

Below is a video of Conor laughing at Michael. He had been away on a work trip for a whole week and Conor was very excited to see him.

Below is a little video of Conor at 4 months

I love you so much Conor!

Who's Who

Below is a picture of Patrick, Peyton and Conor in the same bubble at 4 months old. Can you tell who's who?

I think Conor is a perfect mix of both Patrick and Peyton!

Can't believe it has been four years since Patrick was this small and 2 years since Peyton was this small. It goes by so fast! Trying to soak up every moment of baby time while Conor is this small! Love these precious little boys!

Key: Peyton far left, Conor in the middle and Patrick on the right
