Lego Camp

Patrick had such a great time at Lego camp last year, that we signed him up again this year. He asked every single day of the summer when it was time for lego camp. Well we finally made it to the week of lego camp and he was just thrilled.

He jumped out of bed so ready for each day of lego camp. He begged to do it another week, but the pick up and drop off is pretty challenging. Next year, I might have to make it happen for the little guy.

Unfortunately, I only got one picture of his lego creations. Pick up was at 12:30pm every day and we had to hike up an enormous hill in the heat to go and get Patrick. It was challenging with a cranky little 2 year who didn't like his nap time being compromised.

But this proud little face was worth the tough no nap week!

While Patrick was at Lego camp, I took the opportunity to have some fun breakfast dates with my little two. Peyton begged to go get the delicious little chickens at Chick-fil-a :)

We also went to smoothie king. Both little boys devoured their smoothie's and Conor also took over mine

We climbed trees and had some fun outdoors

We also lounged around and had a movie morning. Cuddles with this precious boy are my favorite

Mark and Callie's Engagement

Mark and Callie got engaged a couple of weeks ago. We couldn't be more excited for them!

Michael was at a bachelor party and flew back for the engagement. Unfortunately, his flight was delayed so we missed the first part of the engagement. But made it just in time for her to say "yes."

Both families were there and it was a really special night celebrating them

Mulloy side...just missing Matthew, who is hiking the Appalachian

There was a beautiful toast for them afterwards with some delicious cake.

Congrats Mark and Callie!

Big Announcement!

My three little buddies have a big announcement!!

It's a terrible picture, but it captures the big announcement! I was feeling a little strange and on a whim decided to take a pregnancy test. It was an entire week before my missed period, but I just knew something was off. I was going out with some friends that night and decided it was better to be safe than sorry. Well, turns out it was a clear positive!

I knew that my friends would ask why I wasn't drinking and I wanted to make sure Michael was the first to know. It was his promotion day party, so he was going to be out all night. We had about 10 minutes before the babysitter was coming, so I didn't have time for anything fancy. Patrick is able to read a few words and was thoroughly confused by what I had written on the board.

It took Michael a long time to respond to my picture text. I wasn't sure if he was in complete shock or was just busy with the promotion day party. I knew there would be a few drinks at this party...so I was anxiously awaiting his text response. It was definitely a little bit of deja vu for us. I found out a few minutes before the promotion party 3 years ago that I was pregnant Conor. I just guessed at the due date for the board, but when I went in for my 12 week ultrasound the due date was moved to February 27, 2018. Conor's due date was February 27, 2015 and Patrick and Peyton's due dates were only 2 days apart. It seems that my body is quite consistent :)

And Michael's response...hahaha!

And our sweet little one at our 12 week appointment.

Our previous three pregnancies have had heartbeats 150 and below at our 12 week appointment. Maybe we will have a little change this time around :)

We can't wait to welcome this new little one to our family!

Bicentennial Mall

Every year the boys and I make a bucket list of the activities that they would like to do each summer. They always love to put the splash parks on the bucket list.

One morning a couple weeks ago we headed out to Bicentennial Mall. A little snack in front of the state capitol building.

Best buds

This is Patrick's absolute favorite splash park. It's a little difficult to take all three there because it is so close to the road. Conor has a tendency to run directly into traffic. I had to sprint after Conor a few different times to keep him out of the road. But Patrick is in absolute heaven, because the splash park is so long and he can sprint back and forth.

They were excited to see a train go by.

Fun summer mornings with my sweet boys!

4th of July Weekend

We spent the weekend of the fourth at the lake. The boys loved watching fireworks on the lake each night and playing with their cousins.

The little guy wasn't loving his life jacket and pouted at the top of the stairs.

I finally convinced him to head down to the lake

And he decided he loved it

Peyton was pretty excited about cousin time

Jet ski's

And sunset boat rides

Lots of lake swimming

And some boat naps

Lots of smiles from this guy

A little night time fireworks

On the morning of the 4th, we got up early and headed out for some lake time.

Time to go home...this little guy was not excited

He cheered right up when we headed to the carnival at Belle Meade with Big and Allie

Another fun night of games and Fireworks. It was a fun couple days with my boys!

Nashville Sounds Game

We headed to a Nashville Sounds game on Thursday night. I had not been since they had moved to the new stadium. We tried to go last year, but the minute we showed up it started pouring, so we had to bail.  The new stadium is really nice and felt like a huge party!

The big boys were pretty excited

Peyton begged and begged to go down the slide all night. He was not interested in the baseball game whatsoever.

They were pretty excited to meet Booster the chicken

This little guy was just thrilled to be there.  He loves family time

Love this picture. It was such a gorgeous night!

Ice cream in mini baseball helmets. Does it get any more fun that that?

My boys

And a couple family pictures with everyone looking!

The boys lasted until the 7th inning. The boys didn't get into bed until about 10pm. It was a fun family night out!
