Conor's 6 Month pictures

We took Conor's 6 month photos a few weeks ago. We were rained out multiple times, which sort of reminded me of his newborn pictures (which were snowed out a bunch of times!). So this is more like Conor at 7 months, but close enough :)

Conor was EXHAUSTED for these photos. We took them on a Sunday morning and he ended up waking up at 4:30am that morning, so by our 9am pictures he was worn out! And Peyton is still terrified of strangers, so he had a grumpy face on the whole time! Oh well, that's just how it goes with kids and pictures! I do think we got a few good family ones, just wish the baby was smiling in them!

We took the photos at Centennial this time and I thought the background turned out gorgeous

On the move

Love this baby!

He did put on a few smiles for mom and dad

My boys, love them

He was so concerned about being on the grass and just refused to smile

I love those baby cheeks, seriously want to just squeeze them all the time

Love these few pictures of Michael and Conor. He thinks his daddy is the greatest!

My little buddy

And my big boy!

Unfortunately no individual pictures of Peyton. He had a big meltdown at the end (as is typical of 2 year olds and picture taking :) )  Next time....

Labor Day- 2015

We had a fun labor day this year. The two big boys and I went swimming with Big and Allie and then had a picnic on the lawn. We headed home for naps before the fireworks and carnival at Belle Meade.

The boys had a lot of fun at the carnival. Patrick went down the bouncy slide 100 times and Peyton jumped in the bouncy house. Peyton also rode his first pony. He didn't want to get off!

Then we stuck around for a couple minutes of fireworks; although we left halfway through because they were LOUD and it bothered Patrick a lot. Unfortunately I didn't do a good job taking pictures that day, but wanted to post the few pictures I did take!

First day of school- 2015

My sweet little Peyton's first day in Room 4 at Belle Meade Methodist. This is the same room that Patrick started in. He had been visiting the class in the month leading up to the first day, so it wasn't a big change for him. He loves school and loves his friends there! One of his teachers names is Mrs. Connor Peyton which is extremely confusing for sweet little Peyton. Every time someone asks for Mrs. Peyton or one of the other teachers refers to his teacher by her first name, he looks around looking for his little brother, Conor. I'm sure he will get used to it soon!

They sent me this picture of Peyton at school during nap time. Clearly the first day wore him out!

And here is Patrick ready for his first day of school! Cannot believe he is already big enough to start Pre-K. Breaks my heart how fast he is growing!

Patrick's class sent a book around with each child's picture and the parent that dropped them off the first day.  A few days before Patrick started at St. Henry, I asked him if he would like Mom or Dad to take him to school. I have to admit that I was totally expecting him to say Mom, because he is such a Mommy's boy. But to my surprise he said Dad! He said that it was Daddy's old school so Daddy should take him. I asked him a couple more times leading up to the day and he stuck with Daddy, so Daddy it was!  I decided it was best for just one of us to take him since he was a little nervous and the whole Mulloy clan can cause a little chaos! I was pretty sad watching them pull out of the driveway. He looked too small to be wearing a uniform, I couldn't believe the day was finally here!

Note: He isn't wearing his uniform shirt in this picture because we had to special order all of his clothes and the shirt didn't come in time. The uniforms must run big because we ended up ordering a size 00 shorts, which is 2 sizes below a 2T :/.

The first day of school was only a couple of hours with a small group of kids. The parents met with the teacher afterwards for a few minutes. Then we headed to Dalts for a celebratory lunch!

The next week he had his first full day of school with everyone. The pick up time is from 2:25-2:30pm which is such a short window! They dismiss the Pre-K before the rest of the school so it's not complete choas for the little ones. So Peyton, Conor and I got there pretty early and just hung outside eating a snack for a few minutes before heading to get Patrick.

Afterwards I told Patrick we could go somewhere special for a snack. I took them to the Sugar Dive and they LOVED it. They each picked out a little bag of candy and were just in heaven.

Love my sweet boys and happy that they had good first days of school!

Conor- 7 Months

Conor is 7 months old!

Little guy is so so happy and just a precious little joy!

He goes to bed around 8pm pretty consistently. He is still waking up a couple times at night though. Typically around 2am and then again around 5am. Sometimes he goes back to sleep at 5am and then sometimes he doesn't. He also takes a quick little cat nap in the morning and then takes a long nap from about 11am-1pm. He also takes a cat nap in the late afternoon as well.

He loves playing in bouncers and being up and about and looking at his brothers

He has been enjoying some days on the lake. He hates riding on the boat when it is moving and really struggles to breathe, so we have just stuck to hanging out on the boat while it is not moving. I also can't even handle this cute chubby baby with all of those rolls. I just want to squeeze him all day long.

Captain Conor!

Hanging out with cousin Brooks

Practicing sitting up!

Playing with this cutie during big brother Peyton's nap time. One of my very favorite times of the day!

Wants to crawl so badly

The past few days he has learned how to sit up without tumbling over! My absolute favorite stage. It's so nice to be able to put him on the floor with a toy in front of him and not have him move too much! Although he can definitely get around in a hurry. He is rolling around the room like crazy now. Definitely going to be a challenge to keep the big boys toys that are choking hazards away from his reach!

He can also go from laying on his stomach to sitting up by himself. Although he seems to be able to only get one leg up when he does this. So, it looks like he is sitting in a cheerleader's pose.

Loves napping while we are in the car in his car seat

Got a hold of one of his brother's airplanes, which is pretty special since he doesn't normally get to play with their toys much!

First time hanging out in the big boy stroller

He is trying really really hard to crawl and has started rocking back and forth. I bet he will be crawling within the next week!

Conor is a great eater. I finally introduced fruits this month and he hates them! He really loves vegetables though. He would much rather have carrots or peas than fruit. He has tried sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, peaches (which he really really hates), bananas, mangoes, and apples. I typically mix in a small amount of fruit with a veggie and he will eat it that way.

Love his facial expressions in this video. Even when I mix peaches in with something else, he hates it. So funny!

Conor got his two bottom teeth this month. You can see his two precious little teeth (which he has been working on forever!) in this picture

Rocky Top

Tennessee played in Nashville last weekend and we all headed to the game. We had tickets in a friend's box and it was great. Hectic, but great! We headed to the tailgate around 11am. It was HOT, but we lucked out and had a parking spot right next to the tailgate. It was the perfect setup for us. The boys and I could rest in the car air conditioning for a little while before the 3pm game, so they were rested and not cranky. It was also really helpful when it started pouring down rain!

We headed into the game with our two plastic baggies (stupidest rule ever…and almost impossible to pack for 3 kids, two of which are in diapers in a couple plastic bags!). Our suite was on the end next to a large place for the kids to run around. Peyton had the time of his life eating all kinds of junk food and running around with one of his little friends from school who was in the suite next door. Patrick had a tough time at first, but warmed up to the game once we were able to find him skittles. He also found a few playmates to run races with, which was really exciting for him! And sweet little Conor was just the life of the party! He was constantly being held (which he adores) and just smiling and giggling at everyone.

Conor is ready for his first football game!

Tailgating fun…it was hot, so they don't seem impressed in this photo.

My little buddy!

Clapping as the players come onto the field

Wish I had taken some more pictures, but it was a little hectic with all three and I had my hands a little busy! Fun first Rocky Top game for Peyton and Conor.
