Thanksgiving

We had such a great Thanksgiving this year. I loved being with all my boys! I am so thankful for all of the blessings I have in my life; especially our new little blessing, Conor.

On Wednesday afternoon we headed to the lake and hung out for a little bit. Peyton and Michael fed the birds and ducks. They had a blast!

Love this picture of the two of them while the sun is setting

Patrick isn't an outdoorsy kind of guy, so he stayed inside for this part

After dinner we all hung out by the fire and roasted marshmallows and ate s'mores. It was yummy!

Michael headed off to his annual Turkey bowl. Luckily there were only two finger injuries this year!

The boys were excited to welcome Grumps on Thanksgiving morning. It was gorgeous outside

These two. Their cuteness kills me

Then we all got ready for our Thanksgiving lunch (again we are missing Patrick, who refused to put a shirt on for lunch and was half naked the whole day :/)

Gigi with all of our great grandbabies

After lunch the entire family took naps (except Patrick, of course, but he played happily on his iPad)

Then we packed up and headed to my Aunt Mary's house, where we feasted again. It was yummy as always.

Best family picture I could get this year

Best picture yet of the Whitson's!

It was a wonderful Thanksgiving spent with all of my favorite people!

Daddy dates

Michael has been working a lot and out of town a lot, so the boys were dying for some one on one time with him. It just so happens that Michael lucked upon both UT tickets and preds tickets. So we decided that each of the big boys could have a date out with daddy!

Patrick and Michael headed to the UT game early in the morning last Saturday. Patrick was so excited!

It was pretty cold at the game so he only lasted a half. But I still think that is great for a 4 year old!

Love this picture of these two!

And then it was Peyton's turn for a night out with daddy

He was so pumped!

Love that Michael was able to have precious one on one time with the big boys!

Conor- 9 Months

My sweet little Conor Clancy is 9 months old. Oh how I love this little boy!

He is such a precious little boy and I am just having a blast staying home with him!  He went to his first Titan's tailgate this month and loved it!

He is on the move and does not want to sit still. This photoshoot was quite difficult because he tried to dive off the chair and injure himself :)

He has the best little laugh and smile. I just love it.

This child is so happy

He had a BIG month for teeth. He has 7 teeth now. He had a lot of trouble sleeping this month. Hopefully it will get better now that those teeth are in.

A stay at home day since Conor spiked a fever while getting his teeth in. I adore those chubby little baby cheeks.

Playing in the grass

His hair has a tendency to spike up and it is so dang cute.

He is such a good eater. Love all kinds of meat and has decided he does not want to eat baby food that much any more. He will eat it, but much prefers whatever we are eating instead. Makes life so much easier :)

He had his first trip to the pumpkin patch

And his first Halloween as Spiderman

And a new development at the end of the month is pushing his toys around. He is still a little wobbly and needs a lot of assistance. But he is SO proud of himself and just beams with excitement whenever he pushes a toy around.

Love you so much Conor!

Maggie's Baptism

One of our good friends, Robbie and Erica Sechrist, had a precious little girl after having two boys. She had a rough start in life, with a lot of liver problems. We are so thankful she is healthy and happy. Her baptism was celebrated with a beautiful ceremony at Christ the King and brunch at Hillwood Country Club.

Michael had the privilege of being Maggie's godfather. It was so special and such an honor for him.

Halloween Superhero Style

We had a wonderful Halloween. The two big boys are great ages and are so into Halloween right now. Patrick picked out all of our costumes and was really excited about them. Peyton was supposed to be Batman, but his costume didn't fit correctly, so we traded it for a Superman costume we already had.

We visited the Dacus house first. They also dressed as superheroes, so we had the Avengers covered!

The five little cousins

Conor has been under the weather, so poor little thing slept for most of the time.

Next we visited Big and Allie's

And then we headed for Rachel and Hunter's. The boys had a blast on the hay ride and trick or treating.

Goofballs

Such a fun Halloween with my boys!
