A Pediatrician appointment...

with the whole crew

Trying out our first food! She loved her sweet potatoes!

We made an extra hot trip to the zoo with the big boys

My little bookends

Ready for our end of the summer trip to Dollywood.

On our way to Dollywood

Sleeping babies are my favorite

She was such a trooper. It was drizzling, so we sat under the umbrella and watched the boys swim.

Ready for story time

Dollywood was closed because of weather, so we went to Wilderness at the Smokies. This sweet little girl braved the weather and watched her brothers swim in the rain.

Love these sweet little two

The boys had their first day of school and had friends over to have a water balloon fight afterwards. She loved watching them

Sweet little cutie sitting up

So precious. I love how much they love her!

Caitie you are such a dream! We love you so much!

The Zoo

We headed to the zoo a few days ago with the big boys and Caitie. Conor is not a huge fan of walking miles in the heat, so I thought it was the perfect time to take the big boys while he was at school. We hadn't been to the zoo in a while, so we were excited to see the new bear exhibit.

As soon as we got to the zoo Caitie had a massive blow out. Luckily I had an extra outfit in my purse for her. It took us a little while to get everything cleaned up, so we started out a little later than we had planned.

Patrick was our navigator. The little guy loves a good map! He directed us straight towards the playground. The boys played for a little while and then decided it was time to see some animals.

Next Patrick decided we should see the flamingos for Caitie. We stopped and saw a bunch of other animals on the way. We saw the new bear exhibit and it was so cool. They were wrestling a little and the kids thought it was great. Unfortunately, the new tiger exhibit was closed, so we missed out on that part.

We stopped for a little snack and then headed across the park to the giraffe's and rhinos. Both boys agreed that the bears and the rhino's were their favorite. They were so proud to hold Caitie next to the giraffe's.

It's a hike up to see the giraffes. Sweet little Peyton was exhausted.

He perked up once he spotted the splash fountain and cooled off a little

They were both so excited to hold Caitie standing up.

We headed back to the playground for a little while and then headed to get Conor. We had a blast on our little zoo outing. Hopefully I can take Conor back for a little one on one time once the big boys are in school.

Gene's Birthday- House of Cards

For Gene's birthday this year we headed to House of Cards. It is a new magic entertainment restaurant that is in the bottom of the Johnny Cash museum. It is a little hidden and there are no signs indicating where the restaurant is located. The experience starts as you enter the Johnny Cash museum. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and really immerses you in the experience.

Michael booked a private room, where we were able to dine with a mentalist. We all had no idea what to expect, but it was such a fun experience. The mentalist entered the room and talked to us for a little while. He then played games with dice, where you would roll the dice in a cup. He was able to guess what number was on your dice from across the room. He guessed correctly every single time. Occasionally he would have to ask a quick question that had nothing to do with the number to figure it out. He played multiple other games with us and was correct every single time. It was very impressive. During a portion of the night we also went out to the bar area and watched other magicians perform magic tricks. There was also a show in between our entree and dessert.
