Chattanooga- Fall Break 2017 (part 1)

This year the boys had an entire week off of school for Fall Break.  It is one of Michael's busiest times at work, so we didn't know until the last minute if he would be able to take any time off. So we planned some fun activities in Nashville for the boys each day.

Michael had a late meeting in cool springs on Monday afternoon. So the boys and I decided to meet him after work for bowling and dinner. The big boys had a blast bowling and playing in the arcade afterwards. Conor is still a little young for bowling, but he had fun watching the big boys and attempting to participate.

I've been talking to Patrick about trying new experiences and how we need to embrace each experience that comes our way, so he asked if we could try somewhere new for dinner "because you only live once." It was pretty cute. We decided on Steak and Shake and the boys ended up having a blast. They loved the hats, the toys and the milkshakes. They all ate all of their dinner, which is rare for my crew!

On Tuesday, we met their cousins at Chuck E Cheese. We ended up staying and playing for almost 4 hours. I was exhausted from chasing Conor around all day.

We didn't end up leaving Chuck E Cheese until about 8pm. The big boys were exhausted, but wanted to stay the night with Nana. So they went to Nana's and fell right asleep in their penguin sleeping bags.

Michael found out last minute that he would be able to take off Thursday and Friday. So on Wednesday the boys and I packed our bags for Chattanooga. We headed to Chattanooga late on Wednesday night for a couple of fun days!
