Happy Birthday Patrick

How is my little boy already 7 years old?!? It has flown by! He is so smart and fun at this age!

We were so busy leading up to his birthday, but we still wanted to make his birthday fun and memorable! Even though we were all exhausted we still did all of his favorite things!

We woke up and ate donut holes, which are his absolute favorite breakfast.

He loves to cuddle Caitie in the morning. Love how she is looking at him.

Then we headed to the Adventure Science Center. We were there right when it opened. It was Spring Break for the Metro schools in Nashville, so we knew it would be packed. We played for a little over an hour and then decided it was too crowded.

We went to the Cheesecake factory for lunch. Patrick had a huge milkshake.

He got whipped cream all over himself, even in his hair!

This little guy loves a good family day

Patrick wanted to go and see a movie, so we headed nextdoor to see Sherlock Gnomes. I was a little worried about taking Caitie, but she slept the entire time! I never would have even considered taking the boys to a movie for fear they would scream bloody murder the entire time. But this little girl is pretty darn content as long as someone is cuddling her.

We went home to rest for a couple hours. Then we headed to Nana's house for a taco night. Patrick is extremely picky, but he requested cheese quesadilla's and a game night. Nana was so sweet to host the party at her house, since my house was an absolute disaster from Easter and the kids being off of school for 5 days. Matthew also made the most delicious quesadillas.

Love how much he loves her!

He picked out a Pokemon cake this year.

After dinner we played Left, Right, Center. It was a blast. Patrick ended up winning, which was just perfect!

He was SO excited when he won!

He won $36 and he was thrilled!

He is just so adorable!

The group!

Opening presents was pretty fun too!

Caitie woke up for the end

It was such a fun day celebrating my big boy! We really had a great time!
