Caitie and Minor were asked to be a flower girl in my cousins wedding. Caitie was so excited to wear a pretty dress and be a flower girl. We went to the rehearsal on Friday night. Caitie was terrified to walk down the aisle at the rehearsal. But she would run down it with Minor!

On Friday night there were really bad tornadoes in Nashville. We woke up around 3am and didn't really go back to bed. We got up early to be at Patrick's basketball game at 7:30am. Unfortunately the game was cancelled because of no power at the school. Caitie was exhausted and cried for most of the morning. I was a little nervous about the wedding and hoped she could pull it together!
Later that afternoon we arrived about 3 hours before the wedding to take some pictures. The girls were hanging out in the bridal room with all the bridesmaids. They thought it was pretty fun.

Caitie was soo nervous before the wedding started. We had talked about going down the aisle and throwing the flower petals and waving at everyone. When it came time to go down the aisle she made it about 5 steps, started crying and turned around. Sweet little Minor kept going and then noticed about halfway down the aisle that Caitie wasn't beside her. I was so glad at least one of them made it down the aisle!
We dropped Caitie off with the babysitter after the wedding to enjoy some adult time. It was such a fun wedding and we had a blast dancing.
The next morning Caitie woke up and said "I will be brave next time I wear my pretty white dress." Sweet little girl! We had a blast anyway!
