Gentry's Farm

On Saturday we went to Gentry's farm to pick out some pumpkins.  Patrick had a great time playing this year.  Last year he was too small to go into the activity area, but this year he was all about it!   He loved playing on the slides the most.

He tried to ride the tractors, but they were on mulch and didn't move very well. He got very frustrated about it so we decided to move on to the next activity.

He liked looking at the roosters

And playing in the barrels of wheat

Patrick was excited about riding the tractor around the property. He kept saying truck over and over again.

Aunt Denton was able to join us at Gentry's farm which was really fun for Patrick

Believe it or not, this was the best family picture we were able to get. Asking an 18 month old to pose for pictures is quite challenging!

Patrick adding his pumpkin to the pile

Once again, Patrick was too distracted to look at the camera.

Patrick thought it was way more fun to throw the pumpkins off the tractor than just sit with them

After Gentry's farm we went to a yummy lunch at Puckett's in downtown Franklin,  then we headed to a birthday party.  It was a jam packed day, which Patrick loves!  The kid loves to stay really busy!  Mommy and daddy struggle to keep up with his energy level!  Patrick has been on a napping strike for a little while now, but he was so good the entire day without his nap.  I hope this doesn't mean he no longer needs a nap!  Because mommy definitely needs nap time to accomplish stuff on the weekends!
