Happy Easter!

Easter weekend was a fun filled weekend with these crazy boys! Michael had to work on Good Friday, but the boys were off school so we decided to get my car serviced and meet Michael for lunch downtown. The boys had a blast eating with Daddy on his lunch break and visiting his office.

Peyton though it was awesome that he got to eat a push pop and a hamburger at the same time :)

Nana invited us to dye eggs at her house on Friday night. We had fun making homemade pizzas and working on our eggs. The boys were SOOO into the eggs this year. Peyton would dip his whole hand in the dye and Patrick spent the whole time trying to figure out how to make different colors (like purple and brown).

They finally made a brown-ish one after working on it so hard

So precious

The Easter bunny was good to these little ones!

Sweet little Conor looks like he has nothing in his basket, but he also has a bunch of eggs filled with goldfish, yogurt melts, teddy grahams (all of his favorite treats!) :)

Easter Sunday

Sweet little Conor was exhausted and slept through our pictures this year

My sweet little Peyton

We went to 9am church and then headed over to Nana and Grumps for brunch and an egg hunt

And they are off!

He's such a cutie

Matthew and Mark creatively hid some eggs

This little boy is ON THE MOVE! He does not sit still for one second. He was not thrilled to be in a picture with me and was struggling to get down and run around.

He did not care one little bit about the Easter eggs, but was really excited to find that there was food inside them

The only egg Conor even attempted to pick up. He was just too busy running around trying to injure himself!

Harper and Patrick ran around together looking for all the eggs

Nana was too good to these kiddos!

Conor threw an absolute meltdown about enjoying a ring pop like his brothers, so we gave in and gave him one too. He smeared it all over himself, in his hair, all over his outfit....everywhere. But, he enjoyed the heck out of the thing and ate the entire ring pop (it took him about an hour!).

I lucked out with THE most precious picture of my babies. Seriously, the cutest ever! I am so lucky to have these sweet, healthy babies!

The adults had an egg toss afterwards, so the boys watched and ate their candy

The group

Nana and her grandkids

They got the most fun Easter surprise from Nana.... Lego Ninjago shooters. I really have no idea what a lego ninjago is, but they thought it was the coolest thing ever!

My big boy

We all went home for a quick little nap. Then it was time for the Belle Meade Easter Egg hunt. Conor was still sleeping, so Michael stayed home with him.

The boys were excited to see the Easter Bunny

Unfortunately it started POURING right when the Easter egg hunt was supposed to start. Peyton decided to grab one or two eggs and then stand with me under the umbrella, but Patrick went to town. I'm pretty sure he got about 95% of the Easter eggs, since every one else quit looking! Since it was raining pretty hard, we headed to Big and Allies to hang out for a little while before heading home for the night.

It was a fun, memorable Easter! I definitely have a lot to be thankful for!
