Mulloy Disney Trip 2017 (Part 4)

On our last day at Disney we headed to Epcot.  We had a disastrous day at Epcot last year, so I was a little worried to try it out again. But, the boys really love Test Track so we decided to give it a try.

We had planned to arrive for early morning extra magic hours at 8am, but we all slept in and didn't arrive until regular opening time. We headed towards Nemo and Conor fell asleep on the way. So, the big boys and I rode Nemo once since the line was so short. We woke up Conor for our fastpass for Nemo so he could ride with us. We tried to go to Turtle Talk with Crush, but we waited for about 30 minutes and a show never happened. I guess they were having technical difficulties.

We headed to our next fastpass, Spaceship Earth. It was interesting, but I probably wouldn't ride it again. We had a little popcorn break and waited for Nana to arrive. Next we headed towards Test Track.

We decided we were all pretty tired and it was hot, so we decided to head back to the hotel to swim for a little while.

We took a picture in front of the Animal Kingdom Lodge tree. It really is gorgeous at Christmas time.

Aren't they cute?

We ate lunch and then swam for a couple hours

We stopped to look at the flamingo's that were next to the pool.

We also hung out on the balcony admiring all the animals

We headed back to Epcot for our dinner. We had a couple hours before our dinner and decided to ride some rides. Since Nana had missed Nemo earlier in the day, she wanted to try it out. It was a short line, so we jumped in line.  The two little boys fell asleep for a short nap on the way.

We were able to snag a fast pass for Test Track, so the boys could ride it at night as well as during the day. Then we headed to Mexico for the Gran Fiesta Tour ride. It was a little strange, but we enjoyed it.

We took a family picture on the way to dinner

Next up was our dinner reservation at Biergarten. I struggled to find a place that I thought the boys would like at Epcot. But, I thought a place that had dancing, a buffet and was loud would be perfect for our crew. They ended up loving it! We stayed for about 2 hours letting the boys dance out in the middle and watch the entertainment. Conor had the most fun dancing!

I had promised Patrick we could ride Soarin again, so a few minutes before park close we booked it to Soarin.  The boys both loved it.

We missed Illuminations in order to ride Soarin, but I think it was worth it. I would much rather have a seat for a dessert party and viewing of Illuminations instead of standing in a huge crowd where the boys can't see anything. We will just have to add it to our list for next time!

On the way out, we took another cute family picture!

We never can seem to accomplish as much as I think we will be able to do in Epcot since it is so spread out. But, we had a great day and the boys were worn out afterwards!
