Happy Birthday Peyton!

Each year we have a fun one-on-one day with the kids for their birthday. We try and do a fun activity and make the day all about them. For Peyton's birthday, we had planned on going to Pancake Pantry and the zoo.  Since it was Spring Break, Pancake pantry was packed and it was too cold for the zoo, so we had to improvise a little.

We decided to try out Pfunky Griddle which is a place where you can make your own pancakes.

Waiting on our pancakes

Peyton LOVES his daddy and is such a daddy's boy

So excited about his Pancakes with chocolate chips and sprinkles. Can a pancake get any better than that for a two year old!?

SO full!

Conor tagged along this year since he is still too young to be without me for long

We tried to think of something we could do with Peyton inside since he doesn't like bouncy houses and his attention span isn't long enough for a movie. So we decided on the Adventure Science Museum. Since it was metro Spring Break it was absolutely packed! It was a little tough for Peyton to maneuver around all of the big kids, but he did find a few things he liked to do. His favorite was the ambulance. He would have stayed in there driving it all day if I would have let him!

After the Adventure Science Center we headed home so he could take a nap. After naps we headed to school to pick up Patrick and then headed to eat at Cinco de Mayo. It was a fun day with my sweet little Peyton. Cannot believe he is two years old already!
