Northeast Summer Vacation- Bar Harbor/Acadia (Part 3)

We drove the four hours to Bar Harbor and arrived around lunch time. It was pouring rain the entire drive so it was a good travel day! We were all starving so we walked across the street to West Street Cafe to grab some lunch.  We had heard blueberries were very fresh in Maine so I got the Blueberry Mojito and Michael got the Blueberry Ale. Both were so good!

After a delicious lunch we checked into our hotel and were absolutely amazed at our room. The view was gorgeous! There was also a hot tub that overlooked the water on our patio. We were so excited!

Our hotel is a member of the swim club next door, so we decided to go check out the pool. It was a little cloudy and rainy, but we decided to brave the weather any way. We saw a gorgeous rainbow!

The pool was a little chilly, but we all enjoyed the hot tub.

We headed back to our room to get dressed and head out to dinner. But first we had to test out our private hot tub. We were pretty excited to come back after dinner and stargaze too!

We walked in downtown Bar Harbor and found a spot to eat at Testa's. It had been a long day and Caitie fell asleep at dinner.

We were excited to start exploring Acadia National Park tomorrow morning.
