A few little tid-bits on Patrick at 6 months: He loves to rock back and forth on his hands and knees. He is working really hard on crawling. Right now he is doing an army-like crawl. He can get to anything he wants to reach, but he isn't fast yet and hasn't quite put it all together. He can sit up on his own, but not for very long because he would much rather be crawling. He hates rice-cereal and doesn't really seem to like baby food very much either. He eats every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. He loves to bounce. He has started screaming when you take something away from him. He still hates the car. He loves looking at himself in the mirror. This past week he slept from about 10:30 or 11 to 5:30 or 6. Then he plays very happily in his crib for about 30 minutes while I get ready for work and get all his school things ready. This has been the most consistent he has been sleeping! Hope it keeps up!
Every time we go to Grumps and Nana's house, Patrick stares at Rocky the whole time. He loves to watch Turk and Bailey, but he is really amazed by Rocky. I think its because he is such a massive dog! Rocky is also super protective of Patrick!
He is very observant when we eat and wants to be a part of it. The other night, Michael and I went out to eat and while we looked up to wave at someone Patrick had grabbed a handful of my potato and was trying to eat it. On Friday night we went to dinner with Keats and Phil and while we were talking to them Patrick grabbed Michael's empty Miller Light can and tried to drink it. I hope the people at the next table didn't see this!!! Michael thought it was so funny, so I had to post this picture for him. I probably would have freaked out if the can wasn't empty :)

We also went to Carrie's 2nd Birthday Party this weekend. They had all kind of animals there to pet, including sheep, ducks, roosters, bunnies, goats and even a llama.
And this is what Turk and Bailey have been up to lately, chilling in their "tree house." You can't really see it, but Bailey is inside the house laying on the comfy bed while looking out the window for chipmunks. She never shares with Turk so he has to sit on the outside....typical!
